Point Chevalier · Mount Eden
The edge is the difference
A capped number of properties, kept properly, by one experienced landscaper. Territory is opening in Central Auckland and taking names ahead of the first routes.
Every visit
The same finish, every time
Anyone can cut grass. The difference shows at the boundary — where the lawn meets the path, the fence, the garden bed.
- A full mow
- Edges cut along paths, gardens and fences
- Hard surfaces blown clean
- Clippings mulched or taken away
- A photo sent when we leave
How it works
Routes open suburb by suburb
We are building the first routes now. Properties on a route get the same day each visit, which is what makes a schedule something you can actually rely on.
-
01
Tell us about it
Your address, your section, and what you need doing. It takes a minute.
-
02
We measure and price it
We look at the property and come back with a number for it. One number, including GST.
-
03
Your street opens
When a route reaches you we confirm your day. You know when we are coming.
Why capped
A book we can actually service
Most operators take every job and stretch. The schedule slips, the finish drops, and you stop knowing which day anyone is coming.
Territory takes a limited number of properties per route and stops there. Fewer sections, done properly, on the day we said.
Where we are opening
Central Auckland sections
Villa and bungalow sections, mostly small, mostly awkward to get a trailer near. That is the work we are set up for.
- Point Chevalier
- Mount Eden
- Morningside
- Kingsland
- Sandringham
- Mount Albert
- Grey Lynn
- Western Springs
- Waterview
- Avondale
Waiting list
Put your property forward
The more we know about your section, the sooner we can tell you whether we can take it on and what it will cost.
