Dates and entry

Entries open 19 September 2026 and close at 11:59 pm New Zealand daylight time on 20 December 2026. The random draw takes place on 22 December 2026. There is no minimum number of entries or paying customers required for the draw.

Entry is free. Submit the Edge Up form and tick the optional Christmas draw checkbox. No purchase, annual plan, completed edge tidy, Google review or marketing subscription is required. Requesting the free tidy does not guarantee a visit and does not improve your chance of winning.

Who can enter

Entrants must be 18 or older and authorised to arrange lawn care for a residential property in Point Chevalier, Auckland. The property must have lawn that can be safely serviced. Existing customers may enter. Territory owners, staff and their immediate households cannot enter.

One entry per household at one property. We will check addresses and eligibility before the draw; duplicate entries do not create extra chances. Different self-contained homes at the same street address may be treated separately. We may ask you to confirm your age, address and authority. False or fraudulent entries are excluded.

The prize

One winner receives a $1,000 Territory lawn-care credit, including GST, valid for three years from the date it is awarded. It can be used across one or more agreed lawn-care visits at the eligible property, including mowing, lawn edging and associated trimming and clean-up. Landscaping construction and cash are excluded. Service scope, access and scheduling are agreed before work starts, at Territory’s normal quoted prices.

The credit is not a promise of a full year of care. You do not need to buy a subscription or spend beyond the credit. If a proposed job costs more than the available balance, we will offer an agreed smaller scope where practical, or you can choose to pay the difference. No additional charge is made without your agreement. The credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the winner has prepaid for eligible future services, they may apply the credit to those services and receive their own unused prepayment back for the overlapping amount, or keep the prize for later eligible work. This does not convert the prize itself into cash. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Choosing and contacting the winner

Each verified eligible household has an equal chance in a recorded random draw. The winner will be contacted privately using the email or mobile number supplied, by 23 December 2026. They have 14 days from first notification to respond and confirm eligibility. If they do not respond or are ineligible, a further random draw will take place within seven days. No publicity, photo, testimonial or review is required to claim the prize.

If there are no eligible entries, no prize can be awarded. Otherwise the prize will be awarded regardless of campaign sales. We will not retrospectively reduce the prize or disadvantage valid entries.

Your information

Territory Lawn and Landscape is the promoter. We use your details to process your Edge Up request and, if you opt in, administer the draw, check eligibility and contact the winner. Marketing permission is separate. Entry details are private and are shared only with service providers needed to operate the campaign. We retain the draw audit and necessary records for administration, accounting and resolving queries; we do not publish entrant contact details.

For entry queries, withdrawal, access or correction of your information, contact hello@territory.co.nz or 020 4146 7126. Withdrawing before the draw removes your entry. This promotion is run by Territory, not Google or any social platform.
